for "Needle-nosed pliers, level and measuring tape" post. Better late than never. Spent most of two hours fiddling, asking, experimenting and finally, finally getting this on a new post after not being able (smart enough) to get it where it belonged. Maybe I'll learn someday.  PL 1/8/13
